This is a truly lovely park! During nice weather the walk offers many water views but my favorite is during inclement weather! If you are visiting when it is stormy (especially in the winter), get out and watch the waves (but not too close as the waves can be very dangerous)!!! So this park is definately a 4 season attraction.... More

Walking, cycling, roller blading or just sitting with a good book or just enjoying lake Ontario......this is a great trail of varying lengths to be enjoyed by all ages. A stop at Hutchy's is always a must for a hot dog or burger and their home cut fries!

One of our favorite bike rides. Start on the Lakeshore near Spencer Smith Park Burlington and follow the paved path on the shore of Lake Ontario past the Hospital across the lift bridge and continue all the way to Hutch's and beyond. Easy riding for all ages. It's very busy and congested on weekend days but early mornings or week... More

You have a choice with the Burlington waterfront. If you go east you can see many million dollar home. If you go west you can walk along the beach and watch the water sports and sunbathers.

We are always at the waterfront. It's a great place to take the kids, go for a walk or bike ride. Very scenic and clean!

This is a Burlington treasure! The whole beach front, basically all the way to the Hamilton border has a paved pathway, sidewalk or roadway along the entire beach area. The sandy beach is great for swimming, tho it is advisable to check the Halton Region beach water quality ratings to make sure before swimming, but in my experience it has... More

The trail is just part of a wonderful place to walk. Once you get past the rocky part of the beach you can walk off the trail and along a beautiful, sandy beach. The water is clear and the sand in the water wonderful.

We a lucky we live close so we go for a nice walk there every time we can. And we never get bored. Plenty of people, activities and beautiful views. The addition of the Burlington peer adds to it... Views are relaxing ... Highly recommeded.

The path itself stretches around the western shore of Lake Ontario, but in Burlington you have access to downtown, Spencer Smith park, and the beach. It's a great walk no matter the time of year. My boyfriend and I walk it all the time. It is relatively flat and most parts are accessible to everyone.
