We went here with our kids expecting it to be a farm as per their website. The $7 kids play area didn't really seem worth it and we didn't see any animals, maybe it was too hot. Their store was ok for local jams etc but I wouldn't choose this as a destination to bring the kids.

This is my second year getting a Christmas tree at Pingles. Last year - not so bad. This year, customer service was not great - the woman working there was quite unpleasant and it seemed like an imposition for her to actually get my tree ready. I paid for it in the main building and looked around then, when I... More

My first and most likely my last visit. The good thing is that there is a lot to do here for the kids, looks like a good size play area, corn maze and wagon rides, The bad thing is that it's really expensive if you choose to do any of the activities. The kids area is 7 dollars a person and... More

The farm and store are nice, good quality food.... but insanely overpriced for the activities. The store prices are probably on par with other farm markets, but the activities like the play area, corn maze, etc are outrageous. I will never visit there for activities.

I have been coming to this farm for about 5 years now. I brought my kids there to go apple picking a few times and took them to play in the fun farm area. I think that it's ridiculous that adults have to pay for themselves as well. It now costs $7 per person. The prices for apple picking has... More

Needing a country drive on a Saturday morning we decided to go to Pringles. Success... lots of pumpkins/gourds to choose from to decorate our home for the fall season. A large selection of colours and sizes. Picked up fresh fudge, crispy apples and even some early Christmas gifts and farm fresh eggs. On the drive home we ate the fresh... More

This is a great place to visit before Halloween. Lots of stuff to do even if you don't pay to go into the maze or playground. Lots of fun for little kids. Lots of pumpkins, baked goods and preserves. Prices were very reasonable. Pumpkins sold by size and not by the pound. They have a Pre Christmas event so it... More

My boyfriend and I had fun in the corn maze and picking out a pumpkin in the pumpkin patch. Lots to do, but it took 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot. So frustrating! Tip: park on the road not in the parking lot.

Compared to other local farms I think this is the most expensive. The corm sold at the their market is great in the summer!

After visiting Pingles several times last year I recently went back for the first time in 2013 with my 6-year old daughter. If you want to see the impact of mass media on a small business, witness the impact of the Canada AM plug on this Durham Fun Farm. We went on a sunny September Sunday afternoon, and it was... More
