Interesting but not quite as good as others we have been to. Lots of models but fewer actual artifacts.

This museum is small but has some great exhibits. A lot of it is geared towards children but it is still interesting for adults. The taxidermy exhibits are well set up. The live exhibits are great. My 16 month old loved it all.

There is a lot to learn in this museum but you should have an interest in native history and geology to really enjoy this. I saw they had a children's area for activities but you would want to see if they had things going on...More

Made a special trip to see the Body Works exhibit and it did not disappoint. I could have spent hours taking in that experience. There is something here for everyone, exhibits are always changing. Usually a nice relaxing way to spend a few hours.

From the street this is a rather unassuming building, doesn't have a look that screams "Museum" but looks more like an office building from the 60's. However that's just the outside. Inside it's definitely a musuem. There's a small gift shop right when you enter...More

I was looking for a quality museum that would cover the geology and natural history of Nova Scotia, and this out-dated facility was not up-to-snuff. The dioramas all had very old specimens with torn skins (female deer with a very obvious big tear). Almost all...More

For young children it is important to know the history. This is one of the place really needs to be visited. They kept lots of details which really attracted me... My children also liked it
