This is a beautiful and amazing beach. The Bay of Fundy water is cold but if you catch it as the tide is coming in, the sandbars warm it on the way. If you are lucky, you will see a whale or two off the cove. Have a weiner raost on the beach and stay for the spectacular sunset.

A large very swimable, sandy beach. Whether you are walking or sunbathing it is a great place. Not too busy but a nice collection of people and a few dogs.

A wonderful beach for exploring and finding beach glass. The parking area is small, but there is a wonderful gravel path down to the beach below.

We showed up on low tied and it was beautiful. It was like being down on a race track down in a big bowl. We were the only ppl there so we had the entire beach to our selves. Gave us a great opportunity to allow the pup to run and play in the ocean. Great memory

The beach area is large and fun to go to watch for sea creatures. It was interesting to watch the tide come in and go out. The water is incredibly cold so we didn't stay long!

I was so saddened by the amount of fishing garbage. Ropes, plastic wrap, lines, rubber banding. I wouldn't go back. I wish I lived closer, I would love to encourage and organize a cleanup. Someone should.

Great beach in a great area. Tremendous area filled with history and a great place for the kids to play in the ocean!

Dirtiest beach I have seen in Nova Scotia by Far. It was covered in fishing garbage. Which is terrible because it has the potential to be a beautiful beach. Very hard to find on top of that. Im not sure it is because of the time of year I visited (Late May) that there was garbage every where. Ropes and... More
