Great spot to
Visit on a Saturday morning! Browsed with coffee in hand and found stuff to delight the entire family of parents and young adults. We came home with a haul of farm fresh veg, homemade pasta and sauces, baked goods, spirits, and handmade goods. It was definitely worth the time.

When we arrived in Digby off of the ferry, we asked at the visitor's center what there was to do in town and we were told "nothing" but they did direct us to Annapolis Royal as it was a Saturday and they highly recommended the Farmer's and Trader's market. We got to town and at 10 am the streets were packed. We ended up parking quite a ways down the main drag but it was worth the walk as the market offered such a variety of foods and homemade goods. We took the opportunity to buy a few gifts and listen to the live music before walking the main street checking out the unusual shops and had a great lunch. Recommended!

Looking for a magical visit on a Summers Saturday morning? This market has it all! Live music, a town crier, baked goods and hot ready to eat food. Then there is art crafts and antiques to take home. Be sure to stop in to Dave's antique spot across from the wharf. A gem of a market!

This market takes place twice a week (Wednesday & Saturday) in downtown Annapolis. There are a variety of farmers and artisans, and musicians and there is food and coffee available. This is a wonderful place to get a true sense of the 'flavour" of the community.

Recently bought strawberries, blueberries, cherry tomatoes and snap peas. All very good and fresh. But there are lots of other things available--wine, spirits, jams, baked goods, art, etc. Nice setting

We love farmers market and make it a point to visit whenever we are travelling. We went to the Saturday's market. There were quite a few stores selling handicrafts and food and clothes. We bought bakery foods, wine, second hand book and clothes from a vintage clothes store. It was fun wondering around with music and nice aroma etc. One of the better outdoor farmers market. In addition Annapolis Royal is such a cute little town - love it!

Of all the markets I have been to all over the province this is my favorite. You really get that homey market feel while here.

They have a beautiful area set up in a great location right across from the bay.

They have a great selection of fresh vegetables, baked goods, meats, ready made foods, and crafts by local artists.

This is an awesome market I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are in the area on a Saturday morning.

We decided to escape from Halifax today and chose Annapolis Royal as our destination. It turned out to be a great choice!
There was a farmer’s and crafter’s market in full swing. The booths each had interesting, fresh and enticing products.
One vendor we dealt with, had amazing variety of unusual produce. We purchased two different kinds of heirloom tomatoes, striped zucchini and the kind lady even gave us a white cucumber to try.
Everyone we interacted with was just a pleasure. We just loved this market and can hardly wait to visit again.
