Glad you enjoyed them, Mel! Thank you for the review. Is there anything, in particular, you'd like to see more of?

While this center opened in 1977, it is up-to-date with exhibits that help you understand the history, people, resources and development of the Northwest Territory. It's a vast land with only 40,000 inhabitants, rich in resources and relatively unknown to most North Americans. This centre...More

I liked all of the History and stories behind the artifacts at the museum but the food wasn't that good, it was dry and tasted bad.

Found many great craft items and art done by Yellowknife citizens. Worth the time. I liked finding out that the coop also had a website to purchase items from home.

There was so much to see here that you need some time. Some areas were unfinished and they could have put some signage to explain when it will be ready but overall I enjoyed the visit.
