Of course, any good Canadian who was alive during The Marathon of Hope needs to stop here to pay respects and remember the impact of Terry Fox. This is a simple site, tucked into a corner of the shipping district in St. John's Harbour. If...More

I am so glad we stopped here. So thought-provoking..... What a wonderful tribute to someone who has made such a difference in his short time on earth. Would highly recommend this stop.

This monument can do no other than move you ! It is artistically beautiful, but the meaning is even deeper. This is where Terry Fox got his container of Atlantic Ocean water which he traveled with.
