We were here late April, so many exhibits and the Mini Golf were still closed for the season. Staff were very friendly, lots were well kept, enclosures were HUGE. The animals had tons of room to roam. There wasn't a ton of selection, compared to...More

Cozy little zoo with a limited number of animals in relatively small enclosures. Definitely needs some upgrades but you are able to get pretty close to all the animals.

Considering we were expecting a tiny little zoo, I'm giving this a five because we were beyond shocked when we realized how many different animals they have. Their mission is to take in animals that need a place to live. Huge lions and tigers. They...More

I was sad to see the animals here, but I understand. The trail of regret is very powerful and worth a look.

This is a small zoo with only about 20 exhibits. The animals are in very small cages which is great for the humans who want to see them, not so great for the animals. They have a family deal (2 adults and 2 children) for...More

I wish I could say I enjoy this place as it's in my town but I avoid it at all costs now. We've taken our kids twice now and each time left feeling sorry for the animals. The alpacas were dirty and having experienced a...More

Have been there quite a few times. The only reason I gave them an average rating is the grounds where the animals are kept could have the tall grass cut back. Sometimes it is hard to see them.

can tell me why there is the 'land of regret?' or whatever? Filled with cement animals? What are we doing here? Terrifying toddlers with dead dodo birds?

The zoo has a wheel chair ramp that goes down and into the zoo, but the zoo's trails are very rough in spots with steep hills and some tree roots on the paths.
