Christmas Show With Friends Disappointing

I have been here on three occasions. Once on valentines day and twice on new years eve. The nye shows are very very long and drug out, like around 730-2am or so. On NYE they have appitizers and a dance after the show. Its just ok. The shows i find are too silly and thrown together with not much thought,... More

The dinner theater show itself was uninteresting, too long, and boring. My brain hurt listening to the very low brow comedy that was presented. The actors were stiff, over the top and annoying. The food was passable, which was acceptable in my opinion as we were not really paying for the meal rather the show. No matter how many beers... More

A very very long night. I realize the crowd is big but they need more staff. It took forever to see a show. The show was ok. They were good signers, but nothing exciting. The salad was accetable, the meat or fish was both very small, the veggies were frozen, and the potatoes were dry and cold. Dessert was really... More

I love this place I have gone a few times, and every time I leave happy. The food is outstanding, and along with that you get more than awesome service. The actors/musicians are very talented, and its always entertaining to watch! I cant wait to see the next play and eat and drink at such a fun place! Thank you.

My family and friends attended the "Christmas" show on Nov 30th and left very disappointed! Other than a few Christmas songs thrown in with Queen and Fleetwood Mac, this show had noting to do with Christmas at all. It was very long with very bad acting. The meal was cold and the portion size was small, especially the tiny sized... More

My wife and I moved from the greater Toronto area to Saint John a little over a month ago, and since then we’ve tried to absorb as much of the local culture and cuisine as our minds (and tummies) can handle. Last night we spent a very enjoyable evening at the Phoenix dinner theatre. First and foremost, it’s a great... More

I typically would give a higher rating as my husband and I have gone to the Christmas and have enjoyed the theatre year over year. However this year it wasn't as good for us. As usual we invited our friends for this treat and reserved our seats months in advance with credit card and a request that we get seats... More

The show was kind of fun, but because of the show it did take a long time for dinner to be served (the actors are also the waiters and waitresses). The food was on par with most other restaurants in town. This was a company party that was paid for. I'm not sure if I'd go if I had to... More

The theatre is in one of the oldest buildings in the area that survived the Great Fire. It was previously a church and still has many original features such as an amazing old organ. When you arrive you go to the basement of the building where coatcheck and a bar sits. It is very chilly down there in the winter.... More

The shows are simple, musical and fun. The entertainers represent a broud gammit of skill levels, but I always have fun there. The meal is mediocre generally, but the entertainment is fun. Best to order a bucket of beer at a time, to keep you supplied throughout each act.
