The skydive and view were absolutely amazing! However, although they tell you to expect to spend the whole day at the site I did was disappointed in the long and boring wait. Instead of booking people in the same time slot I'd recommend spacing the arrival times out throughout the day and/or providing something entertaining to do, as I waited roughly 4 hours before it was my turn simply sitting around and losing the excitement I had upon arrival (though I was obviously excited once finally my turn). Another big disappointed I have is the fact that I paid $70 for a horrible video of my jump. What I expected to capture an experience of a lifetime was instead of the parachute, the mans sweater, or a very close up shot of my face.. And don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting anything too amazing (my boyfriend's video is great!). After contacting them explaining my disappointment I was offered a refund. It is now 3 months after my experience and after several attempts at contacting them inquiring about this refund, I have yet to receive it.

Sky Diving itself is an amazing experience and this was a beautiful place to complete a jump, however, I did have some issues with the experience on the ground. There were eight people who showed up for the noon time slot, we were processed fairly quickly and shown a training video and then left to wait outside. We were informed that only 2 sets of tandem jumpers would be able to fit in the plane at a time so we would have to go in groups of two. My friend and I ended up being the last in line and did not complete our jump until past 4pm!!! During our 4 hour wait we were basically ignored by the staff and left to entertain ourselves. They had two planes available, and were only sending up one group of two tandem jumpers per hour. The other plane was going up at least twice as often with solo jumpers. If this is going to be the case, don't book 8 people to show up at noon. Stagger your bookings and save your customers the frustration of being stuck outside waiting on a hot day in July. I absolutely loved the experience once they finally got us up in the air, but we wasted an entire afternoon waiting for the jump, and we could have been saved that wait if the owners of this company had a little bit of common sense.

Went skydiving this morning (August 13,2016). It was everything I thought it was going to be and much more. Did this with my mother for her 50th birthday. I did the tandem jump as it was my first time. We got to the drop zone and checked in, signed a few waver forms and watched a 5min video detailing how the jump will go. After the video we met our instructors who got us suited up in the jump suite. After getting in the plane we took off and enjoyed the beautiful view of Moncton and surrounding areas, clear view of the Confederation Bridge to PEI, and the entire island of PEI. After climbing to 10,000 feet the door opened and it was game on. Climbed out onto the win of the plane and let the instructor take over. After free falling for about 30 seconds the parachute opened and it was a nice quite and amazing ride to the ground. Landing was smooth and couldn't have asked for my first jump to be any better. Would like to thank the entire team at Skydive Moncton for making this such an amazing time. A special thanks to my instructor Darren and my mothers instructor John, also to the pilot Chris. Will defiantly be doing this again in the very near future. Thanks, Jeremy & Lisa

I have always wanted to skydive! I finally got to do it while on vacation in New Brunswick last week! I did a Tandem jump, where you are attached to an experiences instructor. You watch a little video of how to jump and what to do when you are in the air and how to land safely. You jump from a cessna aircraft. The jump happens at 10,549 ft in the air! You freefall for the first 5000 ft ad then the parachute opens and you go down the rest of the way!. Amazing views from all heights. The rush is amazing! The landing was perfect!. What an amazing day! Not bad for a 61 year old female! and yes I would definitely do it again!
