Took about 90 minutes to walk around this zoo, it was late in the day and cool, and a few animals were not out, but most were, including the tiger - WOW - but his enclosure could have been better - the glass/plastic viewing wall...More

We try to go every year. Plan to spend at least 2 hours visiting all the animals, the gift shops nearby, great food stands. We were there in mid-May and it was a beautiful sunny day. Very family-oriented.

I was excited to go but it wasn’t really that exciting. Maybe it was the time of day. Most of the animals were sleeping.

This zoo has attractive walks between enclosures and it is clean and attractive throughout. The animals seem happy and lively as well. Well worth a visit.

We went as a family to the zoo over Easter weekend, which was the beginning of the season. It is a nice park and the prices are fair. Given the cold, many animals were in the buildings, so we didn't see about half of the...More

Small zoo by most comparisons but wehll done. Good cross section of animals. Kids love to see them and always love to see animals in a safe environment. Worth a look.

Fun...dress warmly! Lights and displays are pretty. It wasn't too crowded the time I went but it was near closing hours. Still plenty of visitors roaming through. We enjoyed it.

Hello I would call ahead to book as the zoo is very busy during the summer with both visitors to the area and locals attending as well. I am not sure if they are shared or single kennels. Hope you enjoy the trip

We do not allow dogs in the zoo and have kennels in a shaded area free of charge. If the puppy is very young we can keep him/her in the office in a kennel while you visit the zoo.
