I've shopped at this mall for more than 20 years since I am walking distance away. There are two good anchor stores: Marketplace and Rexall Pharma Plus. Some businesses come and go --- high rents probably dictate what stays. We are in this mall often --- Royal Bank, Bake shop, Shoe repair, Health Food Store, Insurance, etc. There are tidy restrooms located by Marketplace. We do miss the Dollar Store which left the premises a few months ago.
We try to support the tenants who occupy space in the mall whenever we can. There always seem to be some vacant areas. It's a clean mall with lots of parking available.
We occasionally stop for a snack at Subway which you can enter from inside or outside the mall. That's the only dining spot around unless you drive down Henderson.

This mall has been an embarrassment since the 80.s. Owned by someone who keeps putting the rent up and chasing people out even though there is no warranting rent raised EVER. This is one of those places you have to beg tenants to stay, not increase rent. With the grocery store now gone because of this, there is simply no reason to go except for Blaine's music store, he will order anything for you. As for the rest, there is a substandard insurance company, and a few other overpriced stores, a drug store and a bank. There is a pizza place, if you can call it that and a Subway. Oma's bakeshop is good, but prices are out of this world. If they don't get a grocery store in there soon, it's going to die completely. Time for management to step up !

Very surprised going to this mall how much it has gone down in stores. It was once one of my favourite places to stop and grab needed items. Hallmark closed, jewelry store closed, dollar store closed, it just really changed for my needs and wants. It need something more now

Small mall but here you'll find many basic items on your list. This mall is nestled between Rexall Pharmacy and Marketplace (supermarket). Other businesses which make up the mall occupants are a bank, Medical Centre, Autopac Insurance agency, Subway, florist, book store, shoe repair, frame shop, health food store, bakery, ice cream, Dollar store and a few other businesses and offices.
Washrooms are conveniently located. Parking is never a problem with easy access from Henderson Hwy as well as McIvor. It's a clean mall -- never very busy. As I said initially, it's small but you'll find it well-stocked for your basic needs.

I was here in January and it was nice and clean although the outside was still snow, salt, and dirt. The stores were well lit and the employees were nice.

Talking about convenience, basic needs, accessibility... I go for this Mall. I also find it friendly, less congested. I will go back there for things that basic.
