The Heart of Robin Hood was amazing from beginning to end! Did not expect such an action packed evening! Prior to the commencement of the play, the band was entertaining and some of the musicians mingled with the audience as we found our seats. There was never a dull moment! So much going on! The set was great, acting was... More

Just saw The Heart of Robin Hood and loved every second of it! Be sure to go into the theatre early enough to hear the pre-show set by the "house band", Parsonsfield. They start about 20 minutes before the official show time. They're an interesting cross between Bluegrass and Folk, and they are SUPER energetic and great musicians, and they... More

MTC is a great venue! Theplays every year are very different! Such a variety of tastes. It is a great venue. Not a bad seatin the house. So many restaurants in the area to have a bite after or before the play.

My husband and I went to the matinee performance. Excellent show. We were 5 rows from the stage, excellent seats for a reasonable price. Great entertainment for your dollar.

Attended a 8:30 production of Sherlock Holmes and enjoyed the evening. The booking of the tickets was very easy and there really isn't a bad seat in the house. We sat very close to the stage and were able to see the actors very well. If there was a lot of action on the stage, seats a bit further back... More

The first play of this season is a great mystery staring Sherlock Holmes. The actors do a terrific job and the revolving set makes the scenes very believable. I enjoyed this play! If you have a chance to go see it your money will be well spent. It is over on October 25 th.

Please see my review of the Manitoba Museum. There is a science gallery as part of the planetarium. Live shows, school oriented shows and many other Astronomical events are showcased.

Winnipeg's theatre scene is very much alive and well. MTC is just one of many fine opportunities for live theatre. My husband and I have been season ticket holders for about 8 years now and we always enjoy the season. The productions are varied and well presented with at least one musical production per year. There also encourage people to... More
