This was a great experience overall. Was good to hear about the dogs and how they are looked after. The dog sled ride (on wheels because not enough snow for the sled) was great fun but would have been even better if it was longer. There was plenty of time to spend time with the dogs afterwards and see the... More

Dave is passionate about his dogs and sledding. His presentation about racing, his dog-centered philosophy, and his respect for his team is enthralling. And the dogs clearly LOVED to get hitched up to the carts and run! Each vehicle, pulled by 6 dogs, took two people from our group, plus the Wapusk driver, on a one-mile trail through the boreal... I was picked up at my hotel by staff member Justin for the short drive out to the dog kennels, warming cabin and sledding area. Dave Daley gave an impressive talk on the care, feeding and doggie yoga of his well cared for canines. Also on his impressive accomplishments as a dog musher. It was - 50 C (mind blowing... More

I visited with a tour group. Dave (the owner) is very experienced and shares some excellent info about dog sledding and life in the north before you go on a mile sleigh ride yourself. I highly recommend this experience.

This is an awsome and unforgettable experience. Dave Daley is so compasionat about his dogs and they definitely return his love. They get so exited when he starts lining up the sled and they all want to run, then they pasionately wait for the dogs and sled to return. It is such an exciting and fun trip. The one thing... More

"Ididamile" is what Dave Daley calls the experience we had with his highly trained team of sled dogs on a rolling cart. He keeps these animals in shape by providing these one mile trail rides. He is passionate about these dogs and treats them all with "love and respect". Fun experience

This was a great experience Dog Sledding. The people there were so informative and told us all about raising and training these dogs. This is a great place to see and observe how they take care of these well loved dogs. I would definately do this again!

I visited Dave's kennel with a group of elderly Road Scholars for an afternoon of dog carting. Shortly after our arrival, another group of similar size arrived. All were welcomed into the cozy wood heated cabin as Dave provided an introduction to his staff and the operation of their kennel. Their passion, dedication and care to the dogs and sport... More
