We're so glad we chose this lodge and wild life adventure. It exceeded our expectations. Walking on the tundra with the polar bears was only the beginning. We saw a lone wolf, arctic foxes, short-tailed weasels, ptarmigans, arctic hares and caribou. We were also lucky to experience two nights of stunning northern lights. The guides were very experienced, knowledgeable and... More

When I looked for Polar Bear trips, I had heard of and read about the Tundra Buggy tours, which sounded cool. Then I saw the Churchill Wild trips and thought it was too good to be true. Hiking in the open with polar bears near by sounded unreal. I still can't believe it was true even after personally experiencing that... More

One of the best wildlife watching experiences I have ever had. The guests are on the ground with the polar bears, but I never once felt that either we or the bears were in any danger. The group is escorted by two guides who are careful and knowledgable. The weather can be cold, but we rented parka, pants and boots... More

This is the only place where one can observe the polar bears on a ground level. The Reimer family runs an excellent and professional service. The lodge was very comfortable and the food was delicious, Best time to go is early Nov.

I've always wanted to see the polar bears at close distance (not in the zoo) and photograph them. A friend of ours told us about Seal River Lodge (which is operated by Churchill Wild) and its outstanding food. We went to their web site and immediately booked the polar bear photo safari. That was in 2012. And we had a... More

We had an outstanding trip to Churchill, Canada to view the Polar Bears. Susie and Randy Green at International Wildlife Adventures do an outstanding job of listening to our interests and then making the pre-trip, trip, and post-trip just what we want. Their trip descriptions are honest and very helpful. They also set up an outstanding trip to Antarctica. We... More
