Bright & airy cardio and weight room. Equipment is maintained & updated. Often you'll encounter international athletes training - last month the Korean, Swiss & German bobsleigh teams were putting us to shame.

Great park for a BBQ or a picnic, this park isn't too crowded and offers lots of space among the beautiful scenery of the mountains that can be enjoyed by friends and family

No bike rental at the park but easy to rent in the village and ride the Valley Trail to Meadow Park, Rainbow Park and back to the village. Would make a nice excursion for a couple of hours.
