MOJO Wine Tours is one of the original wine touring companies in the Okanagan. We have been operating in the Okanagan Valley for over 10 years, our home base if Vernon but we offer tours throughout the Okanagan. Our focus is to provide our clients with a complete experience - Our Wines , Our Food , the Local Lore. We strive to share our passion with our guests and have developed close working relationship with wineries to ensure that our guest's can experience the best the Okanagan has to offer.

Mojo lake country wine tour

This was a very pleasurable day. Dave our driver was knowledgable, pleasant and efficiently on time for us. We were fortunate to have the tour to ourselves and learned a lot more about wine and the lake country thanks to Dave. Would highly recommend this . All wineries and restaurant were covid knowledgable and talk all the appropriate precautions especially with reservations for tasting and lunch arranged by Mojo tours in advance. Communication via email was excellent and seamless.

We had a great custom tour with Stan at Mojo Tours. Highly recommend these guys, they were flexible, professional, responsive, and Stan was personable and knowledgeable. He also had lots of personal recommendations we made sure to enjoy!

Relaxing and informative tour!

We spent a wonderful afternoon in Lake Country with Mary Jo and Mojo Tours Inc.! My husband and I had never been on a wine tour and weren’t quite sure what to expect. Once we met Mary Jo and got in the tour van for the first winery we knew we were in for an amazing and relaxing time. Mary Jo was so easy to talk to and had a wealth of knowledge about the region and the wineries we were visiting. Our experience at each of the wineries was equally pleasant and also delicious! In fact, we were planning to buy one bottle over the course of the tour and ended up buying three because we enjoyed the wines so much! We highly recommend you take a tour with Mojo Tours Inc.

Great experience with Mo-Jo Tours.

I had arranged everything with Mary-Jo who was very knowledgeable with suggestions in planing our evening out. Loved that I could talk to her rather than doing everything by text or email. Driver Stan picked up our group of 12 for our private tour in a 12 seater bus. Both pick up and drop off were punctual and Stan was very informative during the drive. We visited Gray Monk for a sit down tasting on the back deck overlooking the lake. View was spectacular andRoss was very informative. Then back in the bus and on to Peak Cellar for another tasting followed by dinner. The tastings were accompanied by small food samples that paired well with the wine. All presented beautifully. Everyone loved their food - said it was the best meal we have had all week.

Great tour, exceptional guide!

We booked the Taste, Savour and Indulge tour of the Lake Country. Mary Jo was our guide and picked us up at our accommodation at Predator Ridge. There was only our group of 3 on the tour. Mary Jo was a fantastic guide, giving us lots of information about the area, the history of the wine making in the Okanagan and much more. She took such exceptional care of us all day. Taking us to the wineries, helping to take our purchases to the van, and knowing the best spots to take photos. Thank you for the exceptional customer service you provided us...right down to the cold water and cheese tray! If you want to treat yourself to a great day out, join Mojo tours and they will take care of you!

Great day for a tour!

The tour bus was very nice and comfortable and our driver (Larry) was very attentive and knowledgeable! We had to change our day and called to do so without issue but when we got to the wineries our booking wasn't there! Our driver had to call ahead to get us booked otherwise we were waiting at each location. It made me consider not taking a tour again and visiting the vineyards on my own. But overall, I would recommend a tour with MOJO!

Great Wine Tour in Lake Country

My boyfriend and I planned a small wine tour in Lake Country for New Year's Eve. Some of the wineries were closing early on NYE so Mary-Jo arranged for an earlier start time to ensure we could get to four of them. It ended up snowing and we weren't sure we'd be able to go on the tour but Mary-Jo showed up and braved the roads with us. It made our day! She was very knowledgeable about the history and wines. She made the day wonderful and gave us a charcuterie plate for in the car between stops. Would definitely recommend and will be booking with MOJO Tours for our next wine tour.

Do this when you want hassle-free wine tastings!

We were looking for a day of wine tastings and a tour that would pick us up at our hotel in Vernon. But we got that and more! Stan picked us up at our hotel. He was excellent. There isn’t a better word to describe him. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We went to 5 vineyards and he kept us entertained with information on the owners and the vineyards. We had lunch at Peak Cellars. Definitely get the charcuterie board. Delicious! And the wood-fire pizza was awesome. We had a variety of wine tastings which will be sure to please everyone. The vehicle was comfortable, clean, and spacious. It was easy to book online. Stan took pictures of us which were then sent to our email. We didn’t have to worry about driving, picture taking or hauling the wine to the van!

Call to double-check your pick up time

We did the "Westside Story" tour in July. Our driver, Stan, was great and we had a lovely time at each winery.

If you do choose this tour, call to double-check your pick-up time the night before and the morning of. Unfortunately, we were not notified of a time change resulting in a missed tasting at Mission Hill; which is one of the wineries we booked this particular tour for. We felt rushed/stressed the whole morning and we were not reimbursed, nor was an extra stop added. I do feel like a little more could have been done, especially a sincere apology.

Also, gratuity is added in the final prices which does not reflect what is stated on the website. I want to believe this is an error but it is a little off-putting as it is not clearly stated on the invoice either.

On the website, it also states that you will have a choice of which winery you have lunch at. We were never asked. The winery we had lunch at was nice but not where we wanted to go.

A super day full of excellent wine and wonderful guidance

The wine tour was lovely, as we had never done anything like this before. It was our 20 year anniversary and Bernard made the day extra special with his knowledge of the valley, the wines, and his wonderful sense of humour. We had the best day with him as our guide! The wineries were all excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
