We did the "Westside Story" tour in July. Our driver, Stan, was great and we had a lovely time at each winery.
If you do choose this tour, call to double-check your pick-up time the night before and the morning of. Unfortunately, we were not notified of a time change resulting in a missed tasting at Mission Hill; which is one of the wineries we booked this particular tour for. We felt rushed/stressed the whole morning and we were not reimbursed, nor was an extra stop added. I do feel like a little more could have been done, especially a sincere apology.
Also, gratuity is added in the final prices which does not reflect what is stated on the website. I want to believe this is an error but it is a little off-putting as it is not clearly stated on the invoice either.
On the website, it also states that you will have a choice of which winery you have lunch at. We were never asked. The winery we had lunch at was nice but not where we wanted to go.
