Victoria Harbour Ferry's boats provide the best view of Victoria...From the ocean! Take a Harbour Tour, historic Gorge Waterway Cruise, or hop on an H2O Water Taxi as you explore inner harbour destinations.

Visit us on the dock in front of the Empress Hotel. From there, a VHF Captain can take you to Victoria's best-kept secret: Fisherman's Wharf! Feed the seals, grab some lunch from Barb's Fish and Chips, check out the funky float homes, go for a whale-watching or kayak adventure with Eagle Wing or Kelp Reef, and pick up an ice cream cone from Jackson's on the way back into town!

We have something for everyone...Including the Pickle Pub Crawl! Come down anytime to pick up a wristband, which you can use for four harbour ferry rides to "hop" from one harbour brewpub to another. Plus, groups of four or more get free appetizers at each location!

So much to do, and so much to see...Victoria Harbour Ferry!

I had walked part way round Victoria's Inner Harbour when an attractively painted old-fashioned ferry boat called at a nearby landing stage and I was gently persuaded to join the pleasant and well informed captain as he steered around the rest of the itinerary pointing out and explaining points of interest. I'm very glad that I joined him as he... More

Visiting beautiful Victoria with family and friends. Decided to take a gorge ferry tour. Loved it. Ask for Christopher to get an excellent tour infused with interesting local facts, that you find in a tour book. Highly recommend it.

Don't miss this fun filled tour. Take the gorge tour with Buzz. So many stories and historical back ground about the Harbour history. It doesn't matter if you are a Victoria resident or a visitor it's is worth it!

My wife and i were walking by and last minute decided to take a quick harbour tour on their little ferry, we had Tom at the wheel and he was just great. we were late in the afternoon and we decided to do a little tour on boat, we didn t know what to expect, but we had a great time. Our guide was really good explaining how it was historically and since he was living there since he was young , told us all kind of stories... we laughed with the... More

The little tug boat was cute and, as it turned out, we were the only people on the boat!! So we got a private tour for the price of a regular one. Our Captain, was born and bred here in Victoria so he added little tidbits about certain places and what they looked like when he was young. Unfortunately, the... More

Tours are inexpensive and last about 45 mins. The boats are wonderful, and built in Victoria. Recommend getting off at Fishermans Wharf to eat and poke about the docks. Your ticket includes the fare back on any other water taxi.

After walking all over it was so nice to hop on this little boat and have someone tell us all kinds of interesting tidbits of information about the area. We were able to hop off at fisherman's warf, have ice cream and feed the seals, and layer catch another boat. We ended our tour at China town. Great time, and... More

It wasn't raining when we finished touring the Parliament Building, so we walked down to the harbour to check out the water taxis. The regular water taxi's were $6 for the first trip & $5 for any subsequent trip. Rather pricey. We opted for the 1h 15 min cruise up the inlet (Gorge), which goes up as far as Gorge... More

The Inner Harbour "pickel" boats are back sailing on the water, so we traveled from the Empress location to Fishermans Wharf. The boat captains are very helpful letting you know whats going on in the waterfront. Great to see the sites & sounds of the harbour, well worth the experience.
