Easiest customs clearance!

The trip was a pre-booked package and was extremely easy to handle. On return to US the customs clearance was a piece of cake - even for someone without a US passport!

What an excellent experience from start to finish. We booked the "Casino Package". I booked on line, with everything clearly explained on their web site. I then received an email with a general "sale" on the same package, so I phoned and they very gladly/pleasantly refunded the original price and re-booked at the discounted price. When we arrived at the... More

The instructions for riding the ferry are clear and easy to follow. The ride is about 90 minutes and was very smooth. Comfortable chairs on the observation deck and spots with tables in the middle of the ferry. Duty Free store for those that want to shop. Great experience. Security in Victoria were efficient and very friendly.

The ferry experience is something everyone should try. The view is wonderful. To be able to see the US fading away in the background as Victoria approaches is a very unique experience. The staff was very friendly, the food was OK, and the price was reasonable.

We use the ferry from Port Angeles to Victoria several times a year and find them prompt, professional and a personable staff.

Very nice vessel, with a nice cafeteria and plenty of seating. The crossover was a little rough, but the ginger chews available in the snack bar helped. The terminal is super convenient and clean.

The ferry line is so organized and efficient! The ship was clean and staff was nice. The views were really nice and it's the port is right in the center of Victoria and close to everything. I would definitely do it again!

The Black Ball Ferry leaves twice daily from both Victoria and Port Angeles. During the low season it leaves from Port Angeles at 8:20am & 2pm. From Victoria: 10:30am & 4pm. During the high season they add 2 more sailings each direction. Prices are comparable - if slightly higher - than the Canadian ferry from Tsawassen. A car is $64... More

For a trip that I considered to be nothing more than a means to getting from one area to another, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, even the coffee was good. I traveled with my service dog and there was no problem there either. There are plenty of dogs on board and... More

Enjoyed the ferry ride. A good starting point for our trip down the coast of the US. Lots of room to roam the boat and enjoy the views.
