Our kids and grandkids have visited this exhibit and we felt it was time that we did. The dedication and work that went into this exhibit is mind boggling! The detail and scale of all the models was outstanding. Lots of different themes from the future to the days of knights. War exhibits from different centuries, fairy tales and even a working saw mill which was actually my favourite. Lots of interactive displays and good narrative descriptions. What a joy it was spending time in this exhibit.

We dropped by in early September during the week so it wasn't busy. Lots of detail and great craftmanship evident on display. Face mask and gloves required during visit. Children's ages ranged from under 2 years to 8 years old and all were entertained.

We went to Miniture world in September 2020 and enjoyed the detailed exhibits that both adults and children would enjoy. Different variety of themes which are all very well done.

Miniature World has been a mainstay attraction for many years. Located in the Fairmont Empress Hotel, Miniature World will delight young and old alike. There are several themed areas. My favorites were the Fields of Glory, and The Circus. I also liked the recreations of Canada's cities back in the turn of the century, complete with light effects turning day into night. The friendly staff have taken all necessary precautions for COVID 19. Plan on a good hour or more to take it all in. Make Miniature World a stop on your next visit to Victoria.

I have been here several time, when we have visited Victoria... This time it felt dated and it looks like it needs some new dioramas. I have to admit that what is there though is really amazing, the attention to detail is second to none...
