Terrible Limousine company, Do Not Recommend!!!!! Dirty, over priced, late for pick up, driver was crude.

My family and I came down to Whistler for our annual ski trip. Coming from Australia and having young children it was a very long flight and we were all very strung out and kids were grumpy to say the least! Our driver Sebastian L. was fantastic! He greeted us with such great energy and professionalism and through the whole 2 hour ride was great with the kids, and was able to answer all of our questions about Vancouver and Whistler. I definitely will be requesting this driver for our trip next year!

Having arrived at Vancouver International airport, we needed the services of a seasoned driver in a luxury and safe vehicle for the long ride up to the Four Seasons Whistler which is about 2.5 hours away.
We ordered the ride through the concierge at FS.
We chose a Suburban (or it could have been a Cadillac Escalade) for two of us. We had lots of luggage and ski equipment.
Our outstanding driver, Jonathan E, was at least fifteen minutes early. He maneuvered our heavy suitcases and ensured we were comfortable. Visibility was poor and as we ascended toward the mountains snow was falling rather heavily. I felt fully confident that Jonathan knew how to handle the conditions expertly.
A lengthy car ride can prove awkward with a total stranger. But Jonathan pointed out some sights along the way and he was so congenial. The ride was such a success we requested the same driver for our return trip. One caveat: these transfers are quite expensive but if you don’t drive (plus there is zero need for a car at Whistler) it’s a necessity. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

This driver would not let us into merge, then he gave us the finger super aggressively and he wasnt even with guests or in a rush. We ended up driving beside him after that.

We had difficulties at the airport and our driver waited over an hour for us. The next day our train was 5 hours late and our transport was adjusted accordingly. We had pleasant drivers for both trips, and both trips were stress free. We will be returning to Vancouver on our own in the future and we will definitely use this service again.

The service was timely and ready for us both times and I would highly recommend their service for getting around a busy traffic area of Vancouver. Both drivers were pleasant and interested in our time in Vancouver and provided input when asked.

We were picked up at the airport and taken to the Fairmont Waterfront. The driver was right where they were supposed to be with a sign with our name. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the Vancouver area. They got us to our hotel quickly while telling us about the city. We will certainly use them the next time we are in Vancouver.

We used this service to and from Vancouver and it was excellent. The drivers were prompt, polite and professional. When there was traffic blocking the regular route Marie quickly turned and found another route to our hotel. I will use them again the next time we travel to Vancouver. Our agent made the reservations so cannot comment on the reservation process.

I you need a reliable prompt professional car service, gives these guys a try. They took took care of all our transportation needs for 1,500 health professionals whom we sent to Vancouver recently for a convention. It went very well, despite many last minute changes and unexpected. All drivers and office staff were super helpful and flexible and did anything that took to get the job done. Thank you

On Nov 8th 2015 I spoke to a man on the phone from this company (Vancouver) and he was extremely rude. I was repeating what he was telling me so I could remember as I wrote it down and he said "could you let me finish?" in such a rude tone of voice. He also said some other rude things and told me that I should have called sooner. I'm in a city I have never been to, on vacation I am sorry for not knowing where to go find the car that was picking me up and took long to give a guy who treat their customers with no respect a call.

Can you pick us up at the cruise port and take us to the airport (YVR)? We need to make a 10:25 flight so we need to get out quickly, but we're not exactly sure when we will clear the formalities at the pier. If we're lucky, maybe 7:30.
