This was our 4th time taking the Zodiac Tour to Granite Falls. We were lucky enough to have Alex (for a 2nd time) as our guide. He truly is amazing at his job! Not only is he knowledgeable, he's great at listening to questions and requests. We had a passenger with special needs on our boat and he was AMAZING with her. She had the time of her life. So did we. 5 stars all around. The views are absolutely insane. The boat is A LOT of fun. If you have a way to request Alex, do it!

Jayden and Alex were awesome getting us our on the water and the SUPing was great. And then... Upon leaving the dock to retrieve our bags we all had our shoes on except my brother who was looking for a spot to sit to put his tennis shoes on. That's when heard someone yelling "I'M GONNA ASK YOU TO PUT YOUR SHOES ON NOW!" and glanced at eachother like "Yikes, that poor kid is getting an earful from it's mom". Then we heard it again and it was coming from around the corner where we were heading. I realized a Water Adventures employee was shouting at us like we had broken the law for being...barefoot. Like seriously, super angry. At this point I'm walking towards her as my brother sits on a rock to put his shoes on and I see her look past me (I'm a meter away) at him and yells a third time so I say "He heard you." and he yells back "I heard you the first 3 times." and this point she starts to give him a crazy hostile lecture on how he shouldn't speak to her that way etc and that's when I asked for my bag. She tossed the bin at us and after went inside to tell her colleague how rude we were being. I understand it was a dock and it's best to wear shoes but that TONE. Jeez. Kinda ruined the end of a nice experience. Womp womp. I didn't get her name tag, she looked like Katherine from what I could see with the mask and all.

I took my Mom on the City and Seals tour and it was absolutely fantastic. Our guide Jiri was very friendly and he showed us a great time. As a Vancouver local I saw so many things I had never experienced before, even after living here for years. The boat was very comfortable and the ride was smooth but exhilarating. There were only four of us on the tour so it essentially felt like a private excursion. This tour is great value for money. I would highly recommend it and I may even do it again myself!
