Go Canucks go

Great place to bring the family to go see an NHL game at a fair price. Would be nice to see the food not marked so much.

The home opener was exciting and we found it easy to find our seats, though expensive, it was worth the trip to Vancouver to watch the first game of their season. I loved that they gave every single entry a free beer for the fist game!

Had the cance to attend the season opener of the Canucks against the Flames. What a stadium, great view for everybody and a great atmosphere before and during the games. You feel everything is commerialised but for the good that you have food, drinks and shopping closeby. I am deeply impressed with the venue and take with me wonderful memories... More

Located in Downtown Vancouver near the BC Place Stadium. Home of the Vancouver Canucks NHL Hockey Team and concert venue. If you're a sports fan, take a behind the scenes tour of the arena. Tickets are available in the Canucks Team Shop -- check website for hours and availability. Looks like a great venue to watch hockey. At conclusion of... More

Access from street level plus helpful security people with a sense of humor made for a great experience. However, people in the private boxes are very loud and annoying, they had to have someone speak with them about the noise and distraction they were making.

The venue is amazing, by all means, and please, don't get me wrong, but the Liquor rules and regulations are completely out of place! I still do not understand why we could not get a double high ball in one plastic cup, they had to pour it into two... What a waste of material, after all.. We were there there... More

I have visit Rogers Arena several times a year for Canuck Games, and it is a great time every time. Spendy with regard to what we are used to paying for a hockey game here in the states. The facility is easy to get to (Vancouver is a very easy city to get around in), very clean and up to... More

great for concerts, lots of local parking that triples it's prices before showtime - sleazy scalpers outside. invited to some of their box for events where the local concession caterer serves highly overpriced low end food for high end prices - you'd think they would offer a higher end supplier based on prices being charged to the sponsors. Seen many... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
