We ordered a basket of their Granville Island delectables to be delivered to my daughter and her husband who have been self isolating for 5 weeks, they loved every morsel of cheese, meat, bread, and sweats included in the basket!!! Great idea and perfect timing!! We will definitely order again.

We did this as part of our tour group and have never done a food tour before - it was fantastic. Dina our guide was great, she explained all the food and beverages that we tasted. The selection of food was diverse and everything was absolutely delicious. Great selection of beverages that catered for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinkers. Strongly recommend this tour and you come away nicely full.

This tour was fantastic. Dina, our tour guide, was fantastic. She encouraged our group of 14 to mix and share our experiences. The four restaurants were excellent. They were all high quality establishments with excellent food, wine & beer.

Hi grega308, Great picture of the scotch egg and pork belly crackling from TUC Craft Kitchen - that jammy egg yolk gets me every time! I'm so thrilled that you enjoyed the roster of restaurants that were hand-picked for your Gastronomic Gastown Tour. On a recent trip to Vancouver (Feb 20th), we contacted Foodie Tours to arrange a tour of Gastown for a group of 14 to sample some unique restaurants and learn a bit of the local history. Each of the establishments were great and the food pairings offered something for everyone with Porchetta Sandwiches, authentic Neopolitan Pizza and Knotweed Creme Brulee being some of the highlights cited by our group. We opted for the non-alcoholic version of this tour and were pleseantly surprised by the mix of craft sodas, green tea with hints of lavender, and other alternatives provided at each location. Jesse was an excellent guide and really added to the experience of the group from start to finish at the Gassy Jack statue and the always popular Steam Clock.

Hi SeanSed, I'm thrilled to hear that your group enjoyed their jaunt through Vancouver's birthplace and oldest neighborhood! Gastown is our city's #1 foodie district, and we love sharing some award-winning favorites that showcase what Vancouverites consider "Canadian comfort foods" - local, seasonal, sustainable ingredients in the hands of many cultures. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a rave review of your time with Jesse. We hope to have the chance to #eatthemap with you again soon! Until then, happy feasting :)

The guide was fantastic. She got to know the small group and draw a connection to the food you were eating and where you were from ( in our groups case we had people from Australia, Denmark, and US (Portland and Seattle). Our guide was very knowledgeable about both the food and history of market. This was definitely a highlight of the weekend for us.
