Chuck is an experienced traveller and guide who shares his knowledge and wit during a four-hour drive of pure pleasure and adventure.Chuck caters each tour to the needs and wishes of his passengers (Eve travels in a wheel chair and was completley at ease). We highly recommend a tour with Chuck Scott. Eve and Henri Lendenmann, Wädenswil Switzerland.

Three of us were picked up in a while Cadillac limo by our driver, Jose, who is very courteous and accommodating to our request of the wine tour that we ordered. Jose took us to two wineries (Wellbrook Winery and Township 7) and at the third winery (Backyard Vineyards), Jose ordered for us appetizers complimenting the wines. Then, since the Domaine de Chaberton Estate Winery was closed on Tuesday (our tour day), Jose suggested that we would have lunch on the coast and took us to a restaurant in White Rock, BC, where we had a delicious lunch looking over the sea. On the way back to Vancouver to our hotel, Jose took us to Lulu Island Winery where we met the owner who provided us with at least nine different kinds of wine, including icewine which we have not tasted before and have no knowledge of how the icewine is made. We gave the name of Wild BC Tours to the concierge at our Hotel Wedgewood so he can make the recommendations to his hotel guest. If we ever are in the Vancouver again and want to explore more about this area, we would definitely call Wild BC Tours. Thank you again Jose and Wild BC Tours for such a memorable experience.

What a fun day touring the UBC Botanical Gardens..and in such a fun way...driving a Segway. Our instructor, Chuck, provided a very comprehensive 1/2 hour lesson before we toured the gardens for one hour of driving adventure. The gardens were beautiful and the paths for our tour, perfect. Even though it rained, it did nothing to spoil how much we enjoyed the glide...or our guides enthusiasm. It was scenic, unique, affordable and extremely enjoyable. Segway riding is so limited throughout BC..what a treat to have it so accessible to us here in the lower mainland. This is a MUST DO! Certainly, I will be back to enjoy it again sometime soon.

On May 15th, 2017, we booked a private tour of Victoria Island/Butchart Gardens for 6 people for July 29th (2 ½ months in advance). The local tour company providing the tour was Wild BC Tours. Unfortunately, this tour company did not meet our expectations of a private tour. The tour was a 12-hour private tour that went from Vancouver, BC, to Victoria Island costing $1,761.70 USD for 6 adults. One of our expectations of this tour was that we would be transported to the ferry terminal and around Victoria Island in a comfortable passenger car or a mini van for 6-8 people. Instead we were picked up with a 14-passenger bus with wheelchair accessibility and a hoist in the back section of the bus. We were told by the owner/guide, Chuck, that Wild BC could not get a reservation on the ferry for an automobile so they had to book a “bus” reservation instead. He insinuated that we booked too late! (2 ½ months in advance)
The trip on the bus was extraordinarily unpleasant. Six of us occupied this 14-passenger bus! The vehicle’s suspension and shock absorbers made for a constantly jarring ride making it impossible to hear the guide. The extremely uncomfortable seats in this 14-passenger bus and the constant rattling of the hoist added to an overall unpleasant travel experience. It was so unpleasant that we decided to cut the tour short and return to Vancouver early without stopping in Victoria.
We contacted Wild BC Tours and Viator expressing our disappointment with this means of transportation but the owner, Chuck, refused to refund any part of our money. He also tried to make light of our complaints saying that the bus passed government inspection which really has nothing to do with comfort of the passengers and the ability to hear the guide above all the rattling and bouncing around!
We booked this private tour in spite of the high cost because we wanted a relaxing tour in a “comfortable vehicle” as it states in the description of the tour on the Viator website. We did not experience that. Therefore, we cannot and do not recommend this tour or Wild BC services to anyone.

This was obviously a lapse in judgement on my part. At the time I was more concerned with making sure we provide the tour even though there were no reservations available on the ferry except for busses. After all we maintain an attitude of the "show must go on". We have therefore changed our policy and should such a situation arise again we will inform the client of the other options, as in, to travel without reservations, or offer a complete refund before the tour has commenced. As a business owner I deeply regret such errors and will continue to work hard to prevent such an event, isolated as it might be, from ever recurring. Respectfully ; Chuck Scott Wild Tours

For anyone who is reading this review, I will simply tell you that Wild BC Tours is simply the undiscovered gem of the Vancouver Tour scene. My wife and I have toured with Chuck twice now, most recently a 3 day, 2 night tour of the Okanagan wine country. Chuck is a gracious host who is only too happy to customize your experience to suit your needs. We had a brilliant experience and would recommend him to everyone. My advice? - try a tour, before the rest of the world disovers this hidden treasure!

We only had one day in Vancouver and booked an afternoon tour with Wild BC Tours. Our guide, Chuck, (who is the owner) was personable and full of great info about the area. We saw all the main spots to see...Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown, etc...plus the neighborhoods. If you are short on time or want to start your visit to Vancouver with a good overview, book a tour with Chuck.

Steven drove us to Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us plenty of time to ask questions, learn about the area and see the sights. It was a cold day but he still made the day fun for us. Overall great tour

My wife and I had a wonderful day out with Wild BC tours and Guiding. I think we were very lucky to have Neila as our tour guide. Right from the start she was a friendly and knowlegable guide and made sure we were well looked after. On arrival at Whistler we had plenty of time to take the gondola to the top and also do the peak-to-peak ride. Stops at a Trading Post, two waterfalls as well as commentary throughout the day made our visit a most memorable one. We asked if we could be dropped off in downtown Vancouver at the end of the tour instead of our hotel, and this too was no problem. Many thanks Neila for an excellent day.

This was a wonderful day out yesterday. Our driver was Chuck, his limousine was very comfortable, and he was most entertaining and informative. We toured 6 vineyards and only started flagging on the 6th! The tastings were well organised, and Chuck was the perfect host.

Thank you so much Chuck. If you give this up come to England and I could well have a job for you!!!
