We had a lovely lunch cruise of Vancouver's inner harbour up to Indian Arm. The steward was very knowledgeable about the region and the captain took time to get the boat in close to shore so we could see into the water, explore the waterfalls,...More

A wonderful experience. The food was excellent as well as the entertainment provided. The cost of the 2.5 hour trip was very reasonable. Staff was very professional and well organized. I would definitely do it again.

We enjoyed a beautiful sunny day admiring the view and taking photos. The staff were all very friendly and informative. If you are in the area we would highly recommend you do the trip with “Constitution.”

We went on this cruise for my husband's birthday whilst staying in Vancouver. Unfortunately it was raining heavily but it was still very enjoyable and the food was pretty good. The highlight was Star Falls where the boat went right up to the falls for...More

This is a great way to see the Vancouver skyline and learn a bit more about the city. Some stunning views of the buildings and Stanley Park and we were even able to see Mount Baker in the far distance. Went with a Groupon which...More

We chose this as it was my wife's birthday. The weather was perfect in August, the views spectacular with loads of opportunity to take photos. The food was very good (though I was expecting to make more than one visit as it was a buffet...More

The food was great, the live was great and the staff were very attentive. The only thing that spoilt the evening was the departure which was delayed by the late arrival of some diners (almost 15 minutes after we should have left) this meant the...More

The cruise was good even with overcast and misty weather. You are seated at set tables and unfortunately that means 1 out of the couple will have their back to the view (but you can chop and change) but also you can wander around the...More

Views of Vancouver were very nice. The paddle steamer was also pleasant. The food, however, was very average. Drinks were reasonably priced.

Stanley Park
Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up
close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy
expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views,
beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical
getaway spot for friends and families, especially as
it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its
best equestrian outlets.

Aquabus experience (6 Replies)
We will be traveling with 2 young kid and want to try the aquabus ferry. We will be driving into Vancouver in a car. What would be a good place to take either the 25-min or 40-min scenic cruise mentioned on Aquabus website ? The website mention that these cruises start at Granville island . Are they always roundtrip cruises and start from Granville island ? Is there paid/free parking available near the ferry stop ? Also , how do these cruises compare to the 1-hr Sightseeing Harbour...More

Thanks for detailed reply. What is the closest parking at Granville Island Ferry Dock ? Does it get full often , especially on Saturday morning . Which of the other ferry stops have a good number of parking spots nearby.
Ramada Hotel in Richmond to Denman St Vancouver (4 Replies)
Hi I could use some help please. We will be staying at the Ramada Hotel in Richmond and need to get to Harbour Cruises Marina at 501 Denman St in downtown Vancouver. Can you tell me which way would be the best, we prefer not to have to drive downtown Vancouver. one of us is 80 and uses a cane - is a taxi or bus or rapid transit the best? Thanks so much in advance.

You could take your Hotel's shuttle to YVR airport, then take the Canada Line SkyTrain subway from YVR into downtown Vancouver. Once downtown, you could get off at the Vancouver City Centre Station, cross the street to the Four Seasons hotel and take a cab for the last leg of your journey down to 501 Denman. However... If all of that is a bit much you could just take a cab from YVR to 501 Denman. The shuttle driver should be able to point out the taxi stands to you. The fare from YVR to...More

So, are you trying to decide between Victoria or Whistler for your one spare day? And is that why you are posting? Sorry, it's just not clear what you are after here. Hell's Gate is...is about 2 hrs by road from Vancouver. Is that the only thing you plan to see out that way? It makes sense to me to make a day of it and see some of the other attractions that are out in the valley. I'd suggest you see if any of the following interests you: Minter Gardens, Chilliwack Othello Tunnels,...More
