Went for a tour around B.C Stadium Hall of fame . Filled in a couple of hours . I quite enjoyed it as there were plenty of exhibits from games gone by . Plenty of information and plenty different sports and people represented from B.C . Also a great view of the stadium playing surface . Cheap good value entertainment... More

We only started going to sports games for a few years and we are thankful to have the BC Place so close by in the downtown neighbourhood. The newly installed roof structure not only offers fantastic colour lights in the evening but great ventilation and shelter from the elements. My benchmark is the BMO Fields in Toronto where we went... More

This stadium is older but awesome environment to watch soccer! The crowd is great and the spacious concourse is fantastic!

Worst Stadium food in North America, possibly all of the Universe. Everything is over priced and food is terrible and bland. Eat at Joe's instead.

Got my free tickets from North Vancouver Nissan thru their Facebook ticket giveaway promo. Experience was surreal as it was my first time. Football isn't my thing but I enjoyed every minute of it. Staff were friendly, unlimited soda and popcorn (^^), cool place to spend time while enjoying. Will go back to watch another game.

BC Place stadium was just revamped. It has a retractable roof and new seating. It is a busy place. When not being used for BC Lions, they have many concerts there!

As season footbball ticket holders we love going to the games to such a perfect stadium. The best we've seen for sports activites. The detractable roof is especially special for those rainy days but lets the sun and birds in when it is good weather.

Had great seats to a Lions/ Eskimos game. I love that the roof was open that night and you could see the stars as it got darker.

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighborhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
