This is another FREE place to visit in Vancouver. During the summer is the hot spot and seems that everyone is there enjoying the sunset, the beach, listen to music and a having a good time.

Definitely stop by this beautiful beach if you're in Vancouver. I recommend accessing it by biking through Stanley Park.

Parking from what I saw is limited, however the beach is pretty wild. There is a dedicated bicycle lane leading up to it from both sides, and a sidewalk. I know that if I returned it'd be on bike! There's a restaurant close by. There...More

The views from this vantage point are awesome. The day was very clear and nice, and we were very lucky.

We spent some time here on both sunny and snowy days. At this time of year, the beach was more for walking and beachcombing. It was quiet and isolated from the city.

If you want to get away from all the business of Vancouver but need a beach close this is it. Good parking or reachable walking the seawall and in Stanley Park itself. Restrooms and a coffee kiosk in the busy months. The beach is small...More

Stanley Park
Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up
close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy
expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views,
beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical
getaway spot for friends and families, especially as
it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its
best equestrian outlets.
