In 2020, we updated our freight services to create a familiar shipping experience to align with other major couriers, being able to offer flexible prices depending on the needs of our guests - whether you are looking to send freight on the next flight, have it by end of day, or the next day. Whatever guests' needs, all freight is calculated by weight and dimensions. That being said, it is extremely rare we would suggest a guest to pay for an additional seat to cover the cost of their freight.
