Staff were very friendly, but the hotel was poor. Only two elevators which took at least 10 minutes a trip. The rooms are very small, and the beds are very uncomfortable and small. Overall not a great place to stay. Did not enjoy this hotel...More
Beautiful property situated on Vancouver Island. Room was perfect in every way and even provided a heavenly doggie bed for my 12 pound pouch. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, the staff attentive and the hotel conveniently located.
This was our last night in Vancouver and at the last minute my husband and I decided to check out the spa area and we both had a wonderful experience thus truly relaxing us for the long flight back home!
