The guide was just so full of information about the area, the vegetation, the changing climate, and impacts. She was very good in dealing with a variety of people (including seniors and kids) and the various needs. It was so good to understand more about the rainforest in the area and what it means to the environment.

I have attended several courses with the Society. Never did it linger, never was I disappointed, It is a rare privilege to have the Raincoast Education offering so much in a surfing area!

It is a great way to learn about the area whether you plan to stay in Tofino short term or long term. I appreciate that they developed this program for people as a way... More

Dan is a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. We went on a walk across the mudflats and it was an enjoyable educational experience. The society has different educational experiences available and is located in the Ecolodge at the Botanical Gardens.

i believe they should do a better job and renovate some to the newer standards of museums and visitor centers including the guidance but overall nice. we just have seen better in the US NP and at the Rogers Pass visitor center.
