This park is a slice right out of my dreams. It broke my heart to leave and come home to Colorado. What a pristine and amazing place, where you feel like you've been plunked down into a fairy tale. I will definitely be back again as soon as I can!

Even on a windy rainy cool April day, a walk along Long Beach was very rewarding. The surf is constantly roaring. The ever changing light, the clouds, the waves, the shapes of the rocks and the crashing surf, provided great photo opportunities.

Absolutely stunning scenery. Make sure you check out all of the little hidden away beaches and bays, mostly accessible by boardwalk. There are some real treasures here. Make sure you take your waterproofs as some serious rain can come in off the Pacific!

Really glad we took the time to do the 2k hike to the lighthouse, the scenery was so beautiful we had to stop at every lookout!

We took in the Secret Cove tidal pools alongside the Wickaninnish Inn and were treated to a beautiful array of anenomes, kelp and crabs. Make sure you have solid footwear and a rain coat, and don't wear anything that you will be sorry for snagging on a rock or barnacles. Bring a camera with a strap too. The beach to... More

We took some hale, but slightly tottering seniors around the bog-walk and very much enjoyed the scenery. The boardwalk is a bit battered, but our group had no major problems.

The morning we left Tofino we decided to stop at Wickanninnish Beach for a last chance to soak up the coastal atmosphere before heading home. We just about had the entire beach to ourselves and it was simply spectacular with crashing waves on the beautiful beach lined by driftwood and forest. It was the prefect spot to say goodbye to... Every moment in this park is amazing. Couldn't get enough of it. Radar Hill is an excellent place to get your bearings. Long Beach is stunning - can't wait to go back one day and try the 9.5k running challenge.
