Blake at Cleanline charters took us out, directly to where the "bite" was and we landed so many Chinook we had to be selective and throw back the small ones. We caught our limit in large, very tasty rockfish and even a lingcod in about 15 minutes at his secret cod-jigging spot. With lots of crab, some prawns, and even... More

My friend and I just spent 3 days fishing in Tofino. My nephew who had worked up there recommended Blake at Cleanline Charter when I asked James who is a good charter company there. Was he ever right about that. Blake knew exactly where we would catch Halibut and Chinook salmon and was ever so helpful a coach for me... More

Making a selection for a fishing guide in Tofino, is a challenge even after reading the Trip Advisor's reports. There is seldom a poor report among these highly competitive tour operators. Subsequently who do you choose? Two years ago I made a random selection of Blake at Cleanline Sportsfishing. This year I went out on 2 mornings with Blake. And... More

Blake is a class act. Our family recently vacationed in Tofino and were referred to him by locals. Blake didn't have any morning openings but did have an afternoon slot open (book as early as possible as he is in high demand for good reason). We were impressed with his professional demeanor and relaxed attitude. He was focused on fulfilling... More

Hey Blake, Visiting from Vancouver with golf clubs and surfboard in hand i didn't expect fishing would be the ultimate hands down highlight of my weekend. It was my first time out deep sea fishing and we hauled in nearly 70 pounds of fish. My freezer is full of halibut, salmon and snapper. I love to cook and having fish... More

The first time we fished with Blake was on our 25th wedding anniversary. Booked a week at the Wikinninish Inn and started to explore Tofino. Cleanline Fishing came up as a top attraction, so we booked a day with Blake. Talk about exciting, we landed salmon after salmon, in a top notch boat. It was so much fun, we booked... More

We visited Tofino from Dubai and booked a full day out with Cleanline and loved every minute of it. Blake and his team took excellent care of us and seemed to know exactly where to go to make for a profitable and action packed experience. Not only did we reel in a great catch, but Blake made sure we were... More

Hey Blake and John, Thank you very much again for making this year's fishing trip fun! This year we chartered 2 boats because there were 9 of us! The kids enjoyed it and the "older kids" enjoyed it as well! We got to meet the resident sea lion too! Thank you very much and can't wait to book our next... More

We booked our trip mostly for the "experience", to say we've done it and check it off the list. It turned out as such an experience we went again the following year and are now hooked on the experience, not to mention filling the freezer with healthy eats, local and fresh. I'd love to say it was all about the... More

Believe the reviews you read about Blake - they are all true. Blake worked hard to make sure all of our needs (fishing, comfort, sightseeing) were met. Even though the off shore ocean conditions were rough and not favorable for fishing Blake found plenty of calmer waters in the inlets, We were fortunate to pull in plenty of crabs and... More
