Went with some kids to visit the park. Enjoyed the water park, swings, playing tag on the old fire engine, and riding the steam train.

Great for a day outside. My kids love the park and the splash pad. Well groomed gardens and greens. Great frontage trail that you can even Rollerblade on. If it starts pouring, the museum is right there too

Situated on the beautiful Fraser River and next to The Exploration Place Museum, this park offers something for everyone. In the summer months, there is a waterpark for the young at heart and the Little Prince train. Next to the waterpark is a great adventure park with has a sunken fire engine that children love to climb on. The park... More

Renamed Lheidli T'enneh Memorial park in remembrance to the village of that name which was burned down to make way for new infrastructure before the modern era. Lush and fresh, right on the river and teeming with people nonstop in the summer. Has an outdoor auditorium for concerts, a running miniature train which is really sweet that you can ride... More

A beautiful park with a variety of activities. There is a play ground and water park for the kids on a hot day. I enjoy the paved trail along the river, if you walk through about a block of residential neighbourhood the trail connects with the cottonwood island trail, which makes for a lovely walk.

The park is a nice setting to kick back and relax on a hot day. There are good views of the Fraser River and the kids will love the water park. The park is close to the Exploration Place and the Miniature Rail Road. Come and enjoy a special piece of Prince George.

This is a huge park along the banks of the Fraser River, which we accessed off 20th Avenue. Even on a hot sunny Saturday afternoon they still had a few parking spots available. It has lots of green space, both open and shaded, playground, water/spray park, benches, walking trails, concert venue, small train, etc. Note that pets are not permitted... More
