We are located on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the heart of the Okanangan Valley. At LA FRENZ, we believe the quality in the bottle begins in the vineyard. Cutting edge and meticulous vineyard practices are used in combination with varieties tailored to the unique soils and micro climates of our vineyard sites to produce the vibrant and intense grape characters found only in the Okanagan Valley. The potential of the resulting fruit, using experience and careful stewardship throughout the vinification process, is maintained and enhanced to create exceptional wines that truly reflect the grape variety and vineyard site. We welcome you to our unique wine shop overlooking Lake Okanagan. This spectacular view was featured on the $100 banknote from 1954 to 1975. From April through October, we are open daily, 10am to 5pm for tastings and purchases. Join us on our patio for a seated tasting experience or sample at the tasting bar. Seating is limited so reservations are encouraged. We do require advance reservations for groups of 8 or more.

Very good wines with a great tasting selection. Knowledgeable staff and a nice view of Lake Okanogan. Bought a sampling of their wine.

Made a quick stop because they told me at Sumac Ridge that they make lovely reds here. Yup, fell in love with their Shiraz. When we stood at the tasting bar, a young lady approached us and asked if we'd like to do our tasting on the patio overlooking the vineyard. It was so much nicer than your usual tasting... More

On our short visit, we managed to get around to a number of wineries. When we first arrived, we had heard La Frenz was definitely worth stopping at. When we arrived, the place seemed very unassuming. Once you walked inside, you could immediately understand what the fuss was about - the view!!! They were busy in the tasting room, so... More

We elected to do the tasting outside which was just stunningly beautiful. If you've got an extra 10 minutes I would highly reccomend sitting outside to do the tasting.

La Frenz is a small winery that in less than 20 years consistently produces award winning red and white wines. I was introduced to their wines about 8 years ago and have enjoyed them since then. I had the opportunity to take friends to the winery for a reserved time tasting of a flight of wines. If you can book... More

They give you the option of doing the tasting inside or outside. If you do it outside you sit on the patio and they bring the wine whike you enjoy the view. This is a great option but is a bit time consuming if you're on a rush. Their wines are okay, but they don't compare to their reserve selection... More

We've been visiting this winery for many years - in our opinion one of the best in BC, and really coming on strong as an outstanding winery within the total Pacific NW. The flight testing was exceptional and the staff very informed while giving us the time to do a "proper" tasting. Melissa and Mike were wonderful. We'll be up... More

We really enjoyed tasting the wines and having Alex there to share his thoughts was an added benefit. If you like drinking a great your wine with a wonderful view to go with it, this small vineyard might be just the thing you are looking for. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful experience at La Frenz. The covered tasting deck is new and we really enjoyed the opportunity to sit down and enjoy each type of wine. We received lots of good information that helped us understand all of the varieties of grapes and blends of wine. The view from the deck was stunning. We'd definitely return for... More
