Judging from previous TripAdvisor reports, this could be a hotel, a walkway, a market, or an area comprising all the above. I believe it to be the latter - it is a neighbourhood with many possible activities. In addition to the aforementioned, there is the Fraser River Discovery Centre, the Marine Museum, and the QtoQ ferry - but the ever changing Covid policies may effect the openings of some of these. In any event, the river views with the various boats and floats and the landscaping in the walkway areas are two of my favourites, which never get tiresome. Indeed, things are always changing.

Between the lovely gardens and the action on the Fraser there’s I always something new to see. There is a board walk and many seating bays, benches to stop and watch the tugs, container ships and trains crossing the bridge. You can easily spend more than an hour just reading about the working Fraser on the placards along the walk.

Awesome considering the time of year. Close to everything you need. The boardwalk is very scenic with all the boat traffic. Would recommend a stay here anytime.

Rain or shine this is a great place for a stroll and take in the sites & sounds along the water. Come & enjoy a tasty meal or a snack at some of the local eateries.
