Stopped in to try the only winery we believe right in Nanaimo. Good selection of wines for tasting and purchase. Nice patio area where you can sit with your wine and have a plate of local cheeses. The owner told us that starting next month they will be serving home made pizza from their outdoor pizza over. On Sunday late... More

This is a small little winery which is a nice side visit if you are in the area. The wines are okay, the best we tasted was actually a fruit wine (the blackberry port) but unfortunately they were sold out of this particular wine. The server was polite and explained the wines well, they have music and pizza on Sunday... More

Poor reception and owner poored small measures and sped through not telling us anything about the wines. Given the amount of choice of wineries on the beautiful Vancouver Island I would advise visiting another winery (Muse Winery was excellent). The wines were immature and overpriced, would advise the local liquor store as an alternative.

Stopped at this winery and had a lovely time. We stayed on the patio and enjoyed a cheese plate and a bottle of Pinot gri. We had a wonderful chat with the owners and ended up leaving with 3 bottles of wine. The wild blackberry is amazing.... A definite must stop, and when we come back for a visit we... More

What a disappointment. Just don't bother. The wines are quite immature but you could forgive that if the welcome was warm. Oh no, offhand, can't be bothered, better things to do than be nice to the visitors. Just go to the liquor store .. much better value. Try Harder!!!

a little late in season. but there staff and wine's are great. most vineyard's on the island are doing well and we are producing great local wine's. the other upside is that this was old farmland and some visionaries saw profit in wine instead of ruin in abandoned farm land. there is still lot's of old farm land so if... Amazing wine, and great ambience on the patio for our picnic. Staff was very friendly, and knowledgable. Looking forward to our next visit
