Cable Bay Trail is a nice easy trail walk to the hard rock ocean shores. Definitely worth the drive out to.

Love Cable Bay , it is a good trail for most fitness levels & there’s a great stopping point along the way .. overlooking Gabriola & Mudge (?) Island only a couple of Kms., it is part of the city if Nanaimo city trails
