Going back tomorrow

So many things to do here. Kids want to try the floating adventure playground and the water park. It is nice to just walk along the boardwalk too. Street parking is cheap.

Couldn't ask for a better place to kill time with the kids. Sandy beaches, large splash park, giant inflatable wibit course, food trucks, big gravel playground with zip line and lots of gorgeous green well manicured grass to chill out on. Lots of pokestops too haha :)

Lots to do and right next to downtown. Enjoyed the Osprey protected wetland area and watched the wild turtles. Listened to live music and took in some beach volleyball. Recommend biking or walking to park if you can. Parking lots get full quickly and are expensive.

Huge space with lots of sun and sand. The park has lots of shade to get out of the heat. The kids can spend all day playing in the sand and warm water or the Okanagan lake. The water play park ($$) is a great area.

Kelowna's City Park is a picturesque spot to walk on a hot summer day...almost always a cooling breeze off the lake. Everything is well maintained and there are playgrounds for youngsters, volleyball nets, washrooms...always clean.. You can extend the walk up into .Waterfront Park which also skirts the shoreline. Great people watching....and despite the numbers of people around, it is... More

This park has pretty much everything you could ask for - great location, clean grounds, basketball, beach volleyball, splash park, marina, events, beach for swimming, close to shops/restaurants, and loads of people watching! Busy, but enjoyably so!

Great park that you could spend all day in. Lots of things to see and do. We came here to catch some sun and then go parasailing.

This park is wonderful - lots of green grass with large shade trees (for those hot days) that border a lovely sandy beach with a wooden promenade that extends all the way down to the other end of downtown. There is so much to do here - beach volleyball, a playground and water spray park for the kids, basketball, food... More
