We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation, and we had to wait while they made up our table. This was a bit of a surprise considering the Bistro was not overly busy. Once seated, we enjoyed the lovely view and contemplated a drink. We...More

So many things wrong with this place. The restaurant is tired and old. No charm. Food is meh. Weird cheesy decor, like the tilting champagne bottle. The picnic area is located in a parking lot . Why would you want to eat there? The bubbly...More

We had a horrendous time and will certainly not be going back. Our male server who also happened to be the manager on duty was rude, unfriendly, and crass. Service was horrid. It took us 45 minutes just to get our appetizers and we had...More

Although the weather was cloudy, the view was still a soght to see. There had been a farmers market, and wine tasting to enjoy. Staff and knowledgable and very friendly. Worth the ride.

Being a motor coach (tour coach) operator, I bring groups to various wineries throughout the Okanagan Valley, and I find that Summerhill has some of the best wines, great food, and amazing views that you could find anywhere.

Hi Lyndsay, we're on leash dog friendly, yes, but unfortunately dogs can't come into the wine shop or restaurant. From time to time guests tie up a dog in our shaded entry and we put out a bowl of water.

4 or 5 night road trip for a couple (5 Replies)
Hi everyone, My husband and I are planning a 4 to 5 night road trip from Vancouver for this September. We enjoy nature, relaxing, and trying out new restaurants. I would also like to bring back some Okanagan wine and fruit from our trip. We're a young couple in our late 20's and welcome suggestions for fun activities. We are not very cultured when it comes to wine, however, we want to give wine tours and tastings a go without breaking the bank. We plan to go to many wineries by...More

There is more than wine tasting - like going to Burrowing Owl to hike to the gazebo and then climb the tower.. in Osoyoos there is a cultural...More
