We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation, and we had to wait while they made up our table. This was a bit of a surprise considering the Bistro was not overly busy. Once seated, we enjoyed the lovely view and contemplated a drink.
This is reputed to be the most visited winery in Canada and one quickly finds out why. The staff are friendly and helpful and their products are first rate.

So many things wrong with this place. The restaurant is tired and old. No charm. Food is meh. Weird cheesy decor, like the tilting champagne bottle. The picnic area is located in a parking lot . Why would you want to eat there? The bubbly...More

Hi Lyndsay, we're on leash dog friendly, yes, but unfortunately dogs can't come into the wine shop or restaurant. From time to time guests tie up a dog in our shaded entry and we put out a bowl of water.
Hi everyone, My husband and I are planning a 4 to 5 night road trip from Vancouver for this September. We enjoy nature, relaxing, and trying out new restaurants. I would also like to bring back some Okanagan wine and fruit from our trip. We're a young couple in our late 20's and welcome suggestions for fun activities. We are not very cultured when it comes to wine, however, we want to give wine tours and tastings a go without breaking the bank. We plan to go to many wineries by...More

hi Penticton has a really good Farmer's market from 8am to 1pm on saturdays. +this weekend they started wine tasting booths; it is now 6 blocks of Main Street downtown. going down the channel is only good if you get a nice sunny day, and a good idea to stop at the first bridge otherwise it tales too much time and you will not be going to Osoyoos. There is more than wine tasting - like going to Burrowing Owl to hike to the gazebo and then climb the tower.. in Osoyoos there is a cultural...More
