This is not going to knock your socks off if you normally go to larger galleries, This is a small facility with basically three rooms. When we were there, one room was featuring examples of basket weaving and the other two were featuring a traveling...More

We decided to stop in to check out the art gallery and are so happy that we took the time. The Herman Herzog Levy collection is on loan from McMaster University and has a collection of art from as early as 1548 and include pieces...More

The current traveling exhibit is like an art history lesson - one painting each from several well-known European artists. Donated by a wealthy collector to another museum, these will be on display at least through August this year. Plan 1-2 hours.

When we visited there was an excellent display of high end art pieces owned by local residents. It was tastefully organized and displayed, despite the eclectic nature of the collections. There was also excellent presentations of weavings and art by local students.

Nice fairly small gallery. Very friendly and informative staff. There are kids activities on the weekends. It is a good activity for the whole family. Can't say enough positives about the staff. Good central downtown location.
