I love hiking here. Depending on your level of fitness, you can choose easier or more difficult trails. I don't like the fact that most dog owners let their dogs jump on you. Make sure you carry a hiking stick or poles and canine spray...More

I live clear across town but will gladly make the drive to spend time in this trail network any day of the week. Grab a map at one of the many trailheads & go! Gorgeous views of the valley make the climb well worth it....More

Inside city limits but 100 yards into the hike you wouldn't know it. A tough winter but add a bit of sun and it was a great few hours. You can hike as long as you want and the views are incredible everywhere you go.

You can walk for miles and not see anyone. It is serene, quiet and beautiful. Take your lunch, water bottles and enjoy. Truly a gem within the city limits of Kamloops. You can mountain bike, but no motorized vehicles allowed.

Sorry, very wooded area. Picnic spots but no bonfires or bbqs. Just pack a lunch and enjoy the scenery.
