We only stayed for one night using a Groupon we had purchased. The staff were friendly, the room was clean. Not much to say. Yes, it could use some updates but we've stayed at worse.

The staff is all uncertified. The blonde who claims to be the boss/owner of The Spa and The Villa Toscana (restaurant across from the courtyard) is extremely unprofessional. She had greasy hair and stained clothes. Not the type of "salon" attire you'd normally imagine. Before our massage she smelled like cigarettes. The massage room was dingy and the sheets were... My experience at the spa was very positive. During my manicure I found the staff to be very friendly and easy to make conversation with. Also had massage during my stay at the hotel. Although the girls were gentle handed, I found it to be very soothing and relaxing. Overall, had a nice experience. Would recommend this spa and would... More

Massage was horrible. Blonde lady kept whispering to other girl the whole time made it very uncomfortable. She dressed very unflattering and non spa appropriate. Massage techs weren't even licenced or certified to do them or facials. Do they even have any certified staff? Kept asking if we were eating nearby and pushed her restaurant in our faces. We commented... More

I am no diva. I don't have a super high standard for getting aesthetics treatments. However, I do like getting my money's worth. And I do expect my treatments to be done by people with training. Paying to get aesthetics done at a "spa"- I expect more than something I would get from a teenage slumber party. This was NOT... More

The Ramada hotel was very nice and accommodating with no hassles at all. Great place to stay! The spa that's attached however (which is a separate entity) was a disaster. We had booked a month in advance and confirmed a week again before our arrival only to find out when we did arrive that they had double booked and we... More

I had a chance to enjoy a nice massage at the Spa in the Ramada. Very welcoming. The ladies were professional. It was heaven.
