My family and I have enjoyed 2 excursions with this company and both times have been fantastic!
Top notch boats and equipment as well as experienced and knowledgeable guides, both Frank and Tony, ensure a wonderful adventure whether it is sturgeon fishing or eagle viewing. Never once did we feel rushed and were rewarded with great photos and even better memories.
All of us caught sturgeon, several in fact, and enjoyed releasing them back once they were tagged. Conservation is very important to BCSG and they are informative on this matter too.
On the eagle tour, there were too many to count as well as a couple of Blue Heron who graced our views.
Just a great way to see the outdoors that you may otherwise miss if you don’t have a boat. Just do it!

Tony and his team at BC Sportfishing Group are not only true professionals, but passionate fishing enthusiasts who under-promise and over-deliver on the experience. My fiancée, two friends and myself flew in from Ontario to experience sturgeon fishing in the Fraser River, and received a once in a lifetime experience, that we will most certainly repeat! While he is modest in his knowledge and experience, I have no doubt that there is not another team that could provide a better fishing expedition than Tony and his company - we not only caught plenty of sturgeon, but were skillfully navigated north along the Fraser just outside of Hell’s Gate for breathtaking scenery along the mountain range. Dollar for dollar, we couldn’t have asked for a better value. We caught five fish, including two seven footers, and could have caught many more if we left our the sightseeing portion!
On top of all of that, Tony operates ethically, and dedicates his time and monetary contributions to not only fish responsibly, but to give back to nature through essential research on this important species. If you are looking to fish on the Fraser, look no further.

I spent eight days fishing with this group and was my first sturgeon fishing trip or visit to Canada. It turned out to exceed my expectations by miles. The accommodation, the office staff, the boats, the fishing and guides were all 5 star. will be seeing them all again next year. thanks BCSG for an awesome experience

We have been sturgeon fishing with BC Sport fishing group on numerous occasions. We have visited at different times of the year and the fishing is as good in December / January as it is in June.
This June was a little harder than most but we still caught and released some amazing sturgeon (biggest being 9 feet 4 ")
This visit there were 6 of us fishing
Bc sport fishing arranged our stay at Harrison Hot Springs hotel with breakfast and lunches included in our package
We saw a bear / eagles / ospreys (amazing)
BC Sport Fishing Group in my opinion are just the best fishing company, nothing is too much trouble and all of the guides / staff are great
We are back in October to do a bit of salmon fishing

My brother and I were visiting in Vancouver. We both wanted to try sturgeon fishing. We called and were able to get in the next day. We met our guide Merr at the boat launch which was very easy to find. He was very knowledgeable and kind. We caught 4 sturgeon and it was absolutely incredible. The fish gods shone down on us and we had a blast! If you want to try sturgeon fishing ask for "Merr". You wont be disappointed!

My friend and I went out for a fishing trip with BC Sport Fishing Group while I was in Harrison Hot Springs. It was definitely an incredible experience with our guide Yves. Neither my friend and I are experienced fishers but by the end of the day we had both caught a sturgeon each. My friend caught a 20+ year old fish that was 5'1" in length and I caught a smaller one that had not been tagged. We learned about the sturgeon and conservation as well as about the other types of tours BCSFG do. We spotted a lone eagle in the tree as well as four deer as we motored along in the boat. I highly recommend a day out with BCSFG if you're planning a trip to Harrison. I'm definitely keen on coming back to try my hand at salmon fishing or even come when the eagles flock to Harrison to feast on the spawning salmon.

I have been fishing for Sturgeon since 2008 and am absolutely hooked on these fish.
I own and operate my own guided fishing service in Alberta and started taking out groups to BC
in 2009 and we have always had a pretty good time with the supplier I was using then. This year I switched all my trips over to BC Sportfishing Group and it was the best thing I could have done. The level of service was top knotch, the boats were great and what can I say about our guides Dan, Merr, Mike, Yves and company owner Tony. They all did an outstanding job putting us all onto fish, most and biggest fish ever for my groups.
I can see many more years of doing business with this well run operation, and when you make your reservation dealing with Tamara is going to make that part a breeze.

I visited the area last week to photograph the eagles and signed up for their Bald Eagle viewing tour. Our friendly and informative boat guide was Tony; a local who knows the area well. I have some pretty long camera lenses that I can use to photograph from the shore but the boat ride was excellent to get in closer to some areas that were otherwise unreachable. Great job and kudos to Tony for a job well done. The tour was only 1.5 hours and I could have stayed out there for hours.
