Great Venue
Mar 2020
We live in nearby Abbotsford (about a half hour drive away) and readily visit Chilliwack for concerts, film festivals, etc. We came here to see Alan Doyle and were very happy with his performance in this venue. It is just the right size (not too big) and the seating is a steep amphitheatre style where everyone has a great view of the stage. Highly recommended for whatever cultural event you would like to attend.

Great venue, lots of choice, good price

We go to the Chilliwack cultural centre often and we have taken part in the dinner and the show program. They host many different acts from the ballet to burlesque shows. We've seen the Simon Fraser pipe band, country music impersonators and musical comedies. This venue is both easily accessible and reasonably priced ($25-$55). The proceeds from the concession (wine/beer) stand and coat check go to local charity organizations. I understand that the classes are professional and enjoyable.

You are now allowed to take alcohol into the theatre in plastic tumblers. The smaller venue allows alcohol at the tables and is great for small cabaret style performances.

It was our first visit to the Centre and we were very impressed, and looking forward to attending future events. It's not an overly big venue which we like. The seats are very comfortable, and I don't think there is not one seat that doesn't provide excellent viewing. Would highly recommend a visit.

Don’t take the photography class..
Dec 2019 • Couples
The boyfriend and I decided to take the photography class that was offered here to get out of the house more. Unfortunately we didn’t learn anything from the teacher..and we took both classes she was teaching ( beginners and intermediate). I personally feel they should hire someone that is more capable of teaching instead of ranting about personal life issues.

Other than that the facility is beautiful and well kept.

My favourite venue
Sep 2019
We went to see Red Green and were in a larger theatre than last time. Every theatre gives a great view and it is so comfortable. Love the Chilliwack Cultural Centre!

I saw three shows at the Chwk Cultural Center in the last 3 weeks and all three were amazing. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the shows are always very good. I’ve probably seen 2 dozen shows here in the last 10 years. I highly recommend the CCC

Stephen Fearing

Our "Intimate Evening with Stephen Fearing" was in the small theatre. It was set up cabaret style with round tables and comfortable chairs. We could bring our wine in to theatre. No seat was bad. Loved the smokey/hazy addition.

Comfortable venue

We went to see the Blues Brothers Revue and had a great time. The chairs were comfortable, good view of the stage, and room enough for all.
