At Mainlanders Sportfishing we offer many trip options, four, Six, Eight, and Ten hour adventures, multiple day fishing packages, airport pick up, lunches, dinner, hotel. We host bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, corporate fishing adventures For team building, Sturgeon fishing derby’s. We will arrange every detail of your fishing holiday, and accommodate any event. We have a team of adventure driven guides that want to put you on monster Sturgeon every time. We are a active member of the Fraser valley guides association. Anyone fishing with us will be participating in the tagging/tracking of white sturgeon on the Fraser River, collecting data for the Fraser river sturgeon conservation society. We offer a first class experience in a relaxed environment. Let us be apart of your adventure, we take pride in creating unforgettable fishing experiences for our clients.

This trip meant a lot to be to be able to do it following 3 big injuries and not being quite healed. My brother and my 9 year old daughter came along. The guide was so patient with all of my daughter’s questions lol he took us to spots on the river where we had sturgeons and seals jumping out of the water all around us. It was absolutely amazing! We caught 2 massive sturgeons and 2 smaller ones. The whole experience is definitely a must for any fisherman looking for a battle with a river monster and I definitely recommend Mainlanders sport fishing!

We spent 3 days fishing with Brandon on the Fraser River in British Columbia. What an amazing trip! We experienced both quantity and quality of fish, landing some of the biggest fish of our lives, several over 8 feet in length weighing 300+ pounds. Brandon was professional and courteous, making sure we had everything we wanted or needed. This is a MUST for big game anglers. I cannot wait to return!

Fishing with Brandon was the highlight of our trip! He’s been fishing the river his whole life and he knows how to talk you through reeling in a huge fish! We caught three sturgeon and had an epic day on the boat. Can’t say enough good things about mainlanders!

Brandon was awesome. Fishing was awesome. All and all, it was a great trip. Not many boats were catching fish the day we went, but Brandon pulled out all the stops and got us on fish. Our biggest was 8’1”. Brandon also made sure that we were comfortable, he had plenty food and snacks to keep us hydrated during the first hot snap of the year. We highly highly recommend Mainlanders.

Brandon is an amazing guide! He will not only get you onto the sturgeon, but his boat skills are excellent to ensure you get that "fish-of-a-lifetime" to the side of the boat for a photo. We caught a total of 11 sturgeon over two days with the largest being 7'. Brandon knows exactly where to go on The Fraser and will move to ensure he puts his guests onto high quality fish. Brandon BBQ lunch on the boat while we fished to maximize our time on the water. Definitely take him up on his lunch offer...it was great!
This was my second time with a guide on The Fraser. Next time, I will call and book with Brandon immediately.

Mainlander’s guides were both great . They were patient with our stag group and weren’t afraid of some fun. When faced with a little challenge we all pushed it aside. We pulled hogs for hours . You want to pull on some big fish with some knowledgeable guys this is for you. Oh good good also. Highly recommend if this is on your bucket list or you just always wanted to put yourself against one of these dinosaurs.

Brandon made every part of our experience amazing! The boat was extremely organized and clean. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the area, history and of course all the guiding and fishing smarts one needs to be an expert guide. Brandon was also wonderful with our 13 year old, coaching him while he landed his first sturgeon! We choose to do the river lunch as well and to be honest we were only expecting a basic meal. But Brandon just kept pulling out goodies from the coolers and made his famous “Mainland Homemade” burgers right there on the boat while we kept fishing. Just can’t say enough about our fantastic day on the river. Definitely will be back again. Thanks Brandon!!

I highly recommend Brandon at Mainlanders Sport Fishing - Sturgeon Fishing Charters! Flew from Calgary to enjoy this trip! Everything about the fishing trip was top notch! From booking the trip online to the bbq lunch. My family and I had the best time catching + learning about sturgeon today. We will be talking about this trip + sharing photos to all our friends and family. We are definitely feeling our sore arms from all those big sturgeons we caught! Cannot wait to book another trip with Brandon again.

Brandon the owner and operator of Mainlanders Sport Fishing was professional from the first inquiry email to the end of our fishing adventure. We enjoyed our sturgeon fishing experience so much that we are making this a yearly event. Brandon knows all the perfect places on the Fraser River the views were breathtaking the sturgeon were biting and our BBQ lunch was delicious! What more could you ask for!!

Mainlanders Sportfishing provides the ultimate experience! I can not say enough good things about Brandon and how much effort, heart & hustle he puts into making their clients have the most amazing trips! His personality, knowledge, respect for the fish and ability to catch the biggest fish you've ever had on a line is totally unreal. We will never use another guiding company! Recommend Mainlanders 100%!! You won't regret going.
We also briefly met Mainlanders other guide, Owen. He is also such a smart, knowledgeable, fun person who has had great success in guiding people to catch monster fish! Again, Mainlanders Sportfishing all the way! 💯
