This is such a great place to "take a break," relax and walk the trails, picnic, learn about protecting species/nature in and around the community, swim and so much more! Our family never tires of visiting Scout Island!

Beautiful sunny day so a walk around the park was in order, geese nesting so they were honking as we walked by. Nice location and very peaceful with benches at the waters edge made for a good visit and relaxed atmosphere.
