Stopped here on our way through town to see a few exhibits. This building has so much history and the staff is very eager to speak about the community, events and exhibits! I really liked the displays of local artists!

I visited the Station House Gallery twice in the past week. Although I am a "local yokel" one of many folks who moved to the Cariboo thirty plus years ago and never left, I am always impressed by the quality of the local artists in the area. Every month there are stunning paintings on exhibit from Cariboo connected artists that take my breath away. The gift shop has a constantly changing and evolving display of gifts for friends and family, and occasionally myself. I highly recommend this little gem at the foot of Mackenzie to tourists and locals alike.

Many works by artists who either lost everything or were greatly affected by fires in 2017. Clayton related how intense things were during that time. A must visit if you are through here.

The station house Gallery and Gift Shop is housed in a turn of the century original Railway station building. An added bonus is the gift shop.
Stop by and see a little railway history while purchasing locally made crafts.

Located at the edge of downtown at the end of Oliver Street, they have lots of off-street parking available. This is one of the oldest buildings in town and as the name implies it is the old railway station.

The gallery and gift shop showcase a huge variety of arts and crafts from local artisans.

Definitely worth a visit.

Fabulous hand crafted gift items in the shop, books written by local authors, along with great art work. A must for everyone to visit! Near Christmas the main gallary is turned into a Christmas Market with a wide a variety of hand made items.
