The Sea to Sky Highway couldn’t be more perfectly named. Beautiful views as you made your way from Vancouver city up the mountain towards Whistler. If you have s car while in the area you won’t regret taking a little drive

Booked in advance a Greyhound ticket Whistler to Vancouver for November 5th. Webfare was a great deal. I had a drive up to Whistler that weekend, just needed to get back to North Vancouver. I had never done a bus ride with Greyhound before. The...More

I'm sure for the vast majority of drivers there will be no 'issues', i.e. you will simply drive this spectacular stretch of highway, you will observe the posted speed limit and get to your destination in around the time you've allotted. Unfortunately, in my experience...More

This is a great highway, if you want to drive, it appears, it easy to manouver. I took the bus and enjoyed the scenic trip. Mountains and ocean stretch before you. Traffic flows well, lots of passing lanes.

Driving north from Vancouver to Whistler & beyond, Highway 99 offers some excellent views. Good road surface and plenty of twists and hills also makes this a motorcyclists favourite, albeit the posted speed limits are lower than you would expect for such road quality.

Awesome job to our tour guide.:) only recommend this tour if you want to see something. The Shannon falls are beautiful! The mine tour was very educational.

Twisty highway improved for the 2010 Olympics. Motorists tend to speed on this highway and if you are tailgated sometimes it's hard to pull over. There are some passing lanes. If there's an accident, and there are, or weather issues, you could be stuck in...More

The sea to sky is the only vehicle transportation route from Vancouver to Squamish and Whistler. The road has improved since the 2010 Winter Olympics. On a fabulous day, the views of the mountains and Howe Sound are breathtaking. There's nothing like watching the ferries...More
