A one stop shop for all entertainment needs! Heritage Lanes is a safe, healthy and fun environment for bowling & entertainment. We have twenty modern 5 pin lanes will fully computerized scoring, making us a great venue for large groups. Our center has twelve 96' TV screens, arcade, billiards, and powerful sound system. We have a full service kitchen with BBQ grill, as well as a bar and lounge.

We love going to Heritage Lanes!! All the front counter workers are friendly, helpful and eager to help. This is by far the best bowling place in Red Deer.

My family and I went early Saturday morning, we were 3 lanes down from a league of teenagers and there parents...15 minutes into our game my 2 year old started to cry members of the league told my 2 year old son to shut the f*** up! As his parent yelled ya get your kid the f*** out of here. This is supposed to be a family friendly place, yet we got asked to leave and there was no consequence for the ignorant people. I guess it is who ever they make the most money from that counts not having good customer service.

Lanes look well looked after, staff was courteous and helpful. The food on sight was amazing. Totally enjoy our visit.

We went bowling yesterday with our family and our friends and their children. I didn't realize how costly bowling would be for a short afternoon, non the less we had fun bowling and enjoy it here for bowling but would just plan better and come on days with family discount promotions.
But then after bowling of course the kids saw the "arcade" area and wanted to play games so we got them some tokens. Once we get in there we realize they can play 3-4 games out of like the 15 in there! It was horrible everything was out of order and such a waste of money! We were all very upset! Don't have the area open, or discount the tokens or pre warn before people spend money. Then there is a disgusting selection of prizes for kids to pick from with their tickets. You can't get anything for under 25 tickets, so if you have 24 tickets they are just garbage. The lady at the counter wouldn't even round up the numbers like other places do to make sure you get a prize. It was hugely disappointing!!!!! I will not waste our time and money in that area again, even chucke cheese, and tree house have items for 5 tickets and always round up so all your tickets can be used! Also the selection of items they had for under 100 tickets was so sad half of it was empty, then some tattoos, bouncy ball and a sucker. It was absolutely horrible. They need to put some serious effort into this area for family's to enjoy.

While you were here, our arcade games were owned through another company and we completely understand why you would be upset. I hope you will be pleased to hear that our arcade area is currently under renovations and we will be getting all new games that are owned by Heritage Lanes. It is looking like it will be done in March. We know this will greatly improve this area for our guests and we hope that you will check it out the next time that you come to bowl.

We paid $33 for 2 of us to bowl 2 games + shoe rental X two people. Nice clean facility with nice lanes and staff.

I've been to events others have planned at heritage lanes and also planned my own staff events there and it's always been great. They have great affordable option for big and small events. They have shockingly good food I ordered the salmon (then was reminded after ordering that it was a bowling alley) and it was great! The buffet they do with their parties is awesome. They're very accommodating to the fact that when you have parties there even when you're done bowling they will be happy to give you a place to hangout and finish your party.
